Congrats Mercy !!!
break from cleaning !!!
Abhi, Bonny and me, having fun with water while cleaning the kitchen at the Purmei flat.
Pic taken by Mercy and she was also later sprayed with water.
It was good fun. This is a common game whenever we cleaned the kitchen.
The highlight of the day "Mercy getting her conformation of appointment at JCUS"

Madhu in full swing;
Happy B'day Pradeep - 23yrs young !!!
With cakepack applied after cake cutting. Make-up by Aysha & me, photo by Madhu.
It was in the evening (9th May @ 20oohrs), that Mercy and me planned to go ahead and buy a cake for Pradeep. Informed Madhu about our coming over and then later in the night Aysha also joined us to theie place for cutting the cake and the other things to follow.
Madhu gave three solid kicks (b'day bums) and that was the highlight.
In the evening Pradeep gave a lovely treat at a Nepaleese restaurant in Little India at Serangoon road. The food was good and we also had 2 rounds of beer and the finishing was with Black Russian and Brown Cow (kahlua based drink) The participants were basically the Thale kaki (Madhu, Pradeep, Sreevatsava, Aysha, Aditya, Mercy and Me)
Again wishing him a happy and successful year and many more to come - HAPPY BITHDAY !!!

The death of Air India flight 182 from Toronto, Canada to New Delhi, India !!!
I was just browsing the net for info on this flight Air India flight 182, 'Kanishka' - Boeing 747
I was really moved by the two articles and thought, incase someone is also interested, they can have em.
" June 23, 1985: At 7.13 (a.m.) GMT, Air India Flight 182, cruising at an altitude of 31,000 feet lost radar contact with air traffic controllers at Shanwick, Ireland. The flight disintegrated at altitude and the wreckage was scattered along a nine-mile swath of the ocean at 6,000 feet. The cockpit voice recorder showed there had been a loud bang aboard the aircraft. It also picked up the hissing sound of the fuselage opening up and a scream. The data recorders showed everything was normal on the aircraft until the explosion. The data recorder also showed a momentary control input by the pilot as he desperately tried to re-configure the aircraft. All 329 aboard were killed, including 60 children aged below 10. Also killed were 22 Americans, 160 Canadians and more than 100 Indian nationals along with others." this info is taken from an article appearing in 'www.flight182.com'
