Test ur Emotional Intelligence !!!
What is Emotional Intelligence?
"Emotional intelligence is the capacity for recognizing our own feelings and those of others, for motivating ourselves, for managing emotions well in ourselves and in our relationships."
Daniel Goleman and the Hay Group have identified a set of competencies that differentiate individuals with Emotional Intelligence. The competencies fall into four clusters:
Self-Awareness: Capacity for understanding one's emotions, one's strengths, and one's weaknesses.
Self-Management: Capacity for effectively managing one's motives and regulating one's behavior.
Social Awareness: Capacity for understanding what others are saying and feeling and why they feel and act as they do.
Relationship Management: Capacity for acting in such a way that one is able to get desired results from others and reach personal goals.
The competencies in the first three clusters must be in place in order for an individual to be effective in the last cluster. And, it is the competencies in the last cluster that drive organization performance; these are the competencies that leaders use to inspire organizations to greatness, that salespeople use to build strong and profitable customer relationships, and that employees who deal with customers every day use to delight customers.

My B'day !!!
The cake, for my 28th birthday - from Abhi, Madhu, Aditya, Pradeep, Sree and Aysha.
This came as a sure surprise for me, it was something I never thought would be for my birthday, for 1 reason, I stay quite away from city centre and all these people coming all the way...
I was lying in the bed and all of a sudden, these guys come into the room with the candle lit cake, shouting wishes for the day. I was for a moment not sure, how to react to all this.
Pradeep, sprayed cream on my face and I have to accept the cream was tasty, also the cake was just great.
I had fun, and this will be in my mind and heart for the rest of my life.
Thanks guys for making me feel great and loved !!!
Mercy was teling me last evening, that this was planned 2 days ago itself.
Another highlight of the day; getting B'day wishes from Yogesh and Pranav.
Mercy and Bonny, thanks for being beside me.
